Hug a Falcons Fan i.e. Mike Vick
I really didn't want to touch on this subject until more substantial evidence presented itself, but its becoming ever the more clear that charges will be brought upon the individual who is showcased in this wrong doing.
That wrong doer would be Atlanta Falcons Quarterback Mike Vick. The short story is that Vick owned a home in Virginia lived in by his nephew .... At the home were 70 Dog Kennels, 60+ malnourished/scarred/filthy Pit Bull Dogs, and materials associated with dog fighting. Sure Vick only owned the home and claimed to had not known of his nephews transgressions; the only problem with that story, is that Vick himself is the owner of a Pit Bull breeding business. Too coincidental? Yeah, we think so too.
Is it becoming abundantly clear that Mike Vick is not a good guy? The water bottle with a secret compartment incident, the blunt in hand via a myspace photo, the whole separate life of Ron Mexico and now the Dog-Fighting saga.
There is now a recent report via ESPN that involves an informant who explains how Mike Vick is considered a "Heavy Weight" in the Dog Fighting underworld. The informant claims that Vick started betting big money 7 years ago, while playing college football at Virginia Tech, hmm. The evidence is mounting.
Rather than dig further into this story, I'll just leave you folks with the notion that the starting Quarterback for our division rival Atlanta Falcons is shaping up to be Joey Harrington by every passing day. This isn't to say we should mark down wins in the Atlanta scheduling column, but you'd be lying if you didn't think our chances were better against a Vickless football squad. You gotta feel for Falcon nation on this issue, especially coming off an off-season in which they traded away stud back-up Quarterback Matt Schaub.
Be sure to checkout The Falcoholic.com, our Atlanta Falcons Blogger, for more updates on the Mike Vick Saga and at least go over there and offer your condolences!!! Sorry Dave!

I seriously HOPE
What a shame too. Especially for Falcon Fans, Arthur Blank, and Bobby Petrino
The worst part to me, is that Mike Vick doesn't get it ..... on an ESPN telecast, he bluntly (no pun intended) said, that his fans want to see him on the field above all else. What he fails to realize is that those same fans don't want to root for an Animal abuser and that society doesn't put up with it, thus why its illegal.
One of the funnier and sicker analogies that "informant" from ESPN made was about how society digs UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) and how "Dog Fighting" should be received the same way. The difference as sane people know is that only harmless/selfless dogs are being used and abused for pleasure (dog fighting). The UFC fighters at least have a choice in who ends up in a bloody mess.
As with everything it seems, we'll see what happens with Mike Vick. Judging from the current evidence it doesn't seem bright
