NFL Salary Cap Hike
In news that is completely unrelated to the Bucs, the NFL increases the salary cap. The cap bottom stays the same.

something about this is next years money but since there may not be a cap they are giving it this year? sound right?

…it sounds like because next year is such a question mark, they are giving $5 mil extra this year just in case everything goes to hell in 2010.
