Will Young Guns prevail in 2009?

With the offseason of turmoil at One Buc Palace, and veterans being purged like yesterdays news, A lot of 1st and 2nd year players are going to be called on if the Buccaneers hope to succeed in 2009.

We've read all about Josh Freeman, and have been given all the details on our 2009 draft picks. Rookies have been making more and more of a spash in the NFL lately, and the Bucs are going to thrust a few 2nd year players into the spotlight next year. How well they do is going to have a lot to say on the kind of year were going to experience at Raymond James next season.

Gone are Derrick Brooks, Cato June, and Phillip Buchanon, given the ax, ax and gone for more money in order! Stepping in will be A bunch of YOUNG GUNS, and the movie your about to see shows a little bit about some of these guys.

that they can step in and fill in the gaps. Their playmaking ability may be up there with the old guard (not quite as good, but up there), but what about the stuff you can’t really track. The character issues, the leadership, the durability. That’s where they have to step up also.

Sapp, Brooks, Nickerson, even to an extent Lynch, had more than just talent to bring to the table. Who steps up? We will see.

Each Week during the regular season..

on Monday there will be High Definition Video clips of the highlights of the Sunday Bucs game. Then During the week, Im thinking about making a movie each week looking fwd to the coming game, with a kind of “last time they played” and “one of the best games vs this team in history of the bucs” so spread the word, BucEm.com is going to be some place to follow the Bucs in 09!

I think Aquib Talib

will be the next most feared corner in the NFL…. I was pretty iffy about this pick last year, then i watched him play, especially in the preseason, and was just taken away at how easy it was coming to him.

Openning week when that ball just got over the tip of his fingers in the loss to the saints, you could tell he was torn up… after that he was lights out when he got to see the field. Talib is the best draft pick the bucs have had in five years… And I think between Raheem and Bates, he can become the best in the league. No doubt.
