Random question ?
So i was thinking about the draft and what the buccaneers should do with that pick ! now j scott might think i'm crazy, but if the buccaneers timed out on there draft clock and gave the pick to the lions , does that mean we get there 2010 first round pick ? i saw the cowboy do this a few years back, if we did it we could potentially have two top ten picks in 2010 ? am i right ? let me know

I'd have to do further research, but I don't think this is true.
I think you just keep pushing back and back until you finally decide to pick someone. Remember the Vikings screwing this up a few years back?

That and think about it...
…how would that be fair at all to the team going after you? It’s not their fault we missed our pick.

plus i would
assume this would take place year after year for struggling clubs or clubs that are set with the talent they currently have (Patriots)

The only thing I can find is that if you time out...
…the team after you can make their pick if they’re ready and so on and so on. Minnesota actually dropped 2 picks a few years ago, because as soon as they timed out Jacksonville picked and then Carolina go their pick in ASAP. Then the Vikings finally got a chance to go.

lets not and say we did
it’s a great strat. but think about it, the SB wining team misses their pick, then the following year they get a top 10 pick? That’s not fair/fun at all!!!
