McDaniels the new Gruden?

Is McDaniels the new Gruden? Recently while commenting on another blog I brought this up and I wanted to see what the rest of you Buc fans think. A carolina fan said that a Peppers for Cutler trade made no sense for denver and i disagreed, here's why I think that Mcdaniels has that same "I'm the real star here I can win with any quarterback that I choose". Although I dont see that trade happening I think McDaniels is the type of guy who would make it.

As a coach

you need to be happy that you HAVE a franchise quarterback. Even if he isn’t what you would draw up. There are 24 – 25 other teams WISHING they had your guy.

McDaniels just needs to suck up his pride and kiss Cutlers ass until he is happy again……If he wanted Cassel he should have known that Bill Belichick doesn’t do former coaches any favors. i.e. Mangini ……..

the problem is now

Cutler is clear showing his bruised ego is getting in the way of any reconciliation with McDaniels, and that may be the reason Denver has to trade him.
