Low Risk Pick Ups
I like the moves that Dominick has been making. He has picked up four guys that had great college success, but have not been as valuable as expected in the beginning of their NFL careers. These players come as a high yield low risk investment. If they realize their potential they can make an impact very quickly, and if they do not they came to Tampa Bay at a low price. I would say Crowder is already making an impact. I look for Figurs to rekindle some of his glory days with Freeman. Hopefully Murphy will get his head into the game, and maybe McCauley will make a decent back up. If two out of four of these guys hit the ground running, Dom will look pretty good. I would like to see the Bucs draft guys with both talent and leadership skills in 2010.
DE Tim Crowder - 2nd round pick, 2007 (Denver)
WR Yamon Figurs - 3rd round pick, 2007 (Baltimore)
C Marcus McCauley - 3rd round pick, 2007 (Minnesota)
G Shawn Murphy - 4th round pick, 2008 (Miami)

Diamonds in the rough?
These guys were pretty high draft picks. Why were they released?

I watched the UFL FL game last night. Biddle looked good. IThey also picked up Matt Bryant, who missed a 46 yard field goal. I was in the kitchen at the time, so I am not sure of why or how he missed it. It was fun to watch. I guess Biddle was shot and released by NY. He was suppose to replace PB.
