"Everybody has to hold themselves accountable because if you don't, this team is going to get divided," Wilkerson said. "When a team gets divided, everybody is going to start pointing the finger at each other. Everybody is going to say the system is not working and the coach is not doing a good enough job - even though I don't personally agree with that. The coaches are going to start blaming the players and saying they are not tough enough mentally or physically. That is something that you don't want. I've seen it happen in Kansas City. You want to stay together and stay strong mentally and physically and continue to try to correct the things that have gone wrong in the games."

I have said before but the coaching staff main priority needs to be the locker room or this loss of a season will turn into another one next year.

LIKE RICKY BOBBY SAYS SHACK AND BAKE to tell u the truth our team not clicking what I mean about that is like if u play O-line and u see the blitz yell it out that’s what the team needs like communication I see it on D side but not our O. I just hope that the guys we picked up for our D can help cause we need all the help we can get and when that happens man we going have a pick sation going on.
Since the buccaneers have that much money do u think they going to use that money for next year to see who’s on free agent.

It's hard to tell the Blazers intention.
Def. check out BucFanDave’s piece on this over in the Fan Post section. He does a great job of giving us another POV.
Also, Our defense is the one who has been sorely lacking in communication. There is plenty of missed assignments in the secondary. Our offense has been more of a talent issue.
