Former Jaguars WR Matt Jones is set to workout with the Bucs. I don't think it's any surprise that the Bucs (and their fans) are unhappy with a certain wide receiver.

Jones actually has good speed.
Not top-end deep threat speed, but enough to put up a decent YAC average on the season. Has good hands, routes tend to be rounded off a bit. Big problem is and always has been effort. He just takes too many plays off.
If he’s motivated to play for a new contract and has cleaned up his act, he has #2 WR ability.

He has OK hands
but is a terrible route runner, doesn’t understand coverages and could never get on the same page with any of his QB’s.
