NFL Playoffs Day 2

So yesterday I pretty much struck out. Way to represent the NFC South Atlanta. Congrats Arizona. Who knew the Chargers would contain Indy's offense? Let's see if I can do a better job today prognosticating.

The second day of Wild Card Weekend begins at 1PM EST today;

I really have no reason to pick against the Miami Dolphins other than my new inherited family are all Dolphins fans. Well that's enough for me. You won't find better analysis than this any where. The Ravens win because Flacco is unflappable and I wish harm upon the Dolphins.

Prediction: RAVENS 20, DOLPHINS 17

Is this not the toss up of the afternoon? Will McNabb show up? Will the rest of his teammates show up? I think they will. Minny has turned it around in the second half, but the Eagles have been on fire...

Prediction: EAGLES 31, VIKINGS 20

That "Miami has the Dolphins, the greatest football team!" song

makes me throw up a little bit in my mouth when I hear it, but I detest the Ravens and would like to see the State of Florida stay somewhat relevant in the playoffs, so Dolphins 16, Ravens 13.

Conversely, the “Fly Eagles, Fly” IS the worst song every imagined. McNabb’s up-and-down performance (last week up, this week down) combined with the game being played in Minny gives the slight nod to the Vikings. SKOLLLLLLLL Vikings 24, Iggles 20.

I am also to lazy to preview more and just don’t care after last week. Screw it.

Cannons... fire them.
