...coulda gone out and gotten J Allen.
...coulda gone and grabbed Favre.
...coulda (still can) go out and get L. Fitzgerald.
...passed up on Desean Jackson (and a slew of other recievers) in the draft.
...coulda coulda coulda.
But we did do the following....
...released Pettigrew ( I know he's suspended and hopefully we'll pick him back up because we are soooooo thin at tackle.
...released D Buenning and (get this) picked up that scrub of a replacement.
...Cheated Garcia on his bonus. Embarrased him with the Favre situation (Hey, Gruden and halfwit B. Allen , 6 little words: We are not interested in Farve!)
This team is so close to the ineptitude of the Culverhouse years!
Throw Gruden and Allen in the Bay!!!!!!!!!!

i wouldnt throw Gruden in the bay
But you gotta wonder what Bruce Allen has done via Free Agency… His drafts have been decent lately, but mainly because of Kiffin and his scouts insights…
There were several upgrades at wideout this off-season and Allen passed: Stallworth, Moss, Johnson etc and the Favre fiasco was really asinine considering this weeks events…
hopefully the Bucs can win Sunday and put all of this bs behind them

It never ceases to amaze me how this team
has sat on its collective hands and failed to take serious efforts to bring in some legitimate playmakers on offense for so long. I’m a big DJax fan, but it’s gonna take him a little while to get settled in this league. I’m really disgusted with the offensive performance last Sunday and hope tomorrow’s game will help get the crappy taste out of my mouth. Bad line play, inability of WRs to create separation from defenders down the field, “starting” WR Bryant dropping everything but his pants on the field, a game plan geared AWAY from the run where your starting RB is gaining over well over 5 yards per carry (!!!!!!), and a distracted/unfocused rusty old quarterback. Unless the offense becomes much more efficient than last week, it’s gonna be very tough to hang with teams that can put up points consistently like Dallas, New Orleans, Denver, and Carolina.
Cannons... fire them.

that’s something I’ve never understood. Back in the day sure as they were in salary cap hell, but now with all of the surplus in funds they have? I remember hearing the fan base say there really wasnt an upgrade worth vying for in free agency. I got news for them Donte Stallworth is better than every Receiver on our squad and the same goes for Bryant Johnson… And now Anquan Boldin is posturing for a trade to the Miami Dolphins… its pretty frustrating
thats why i never posted or paid attention to Allen’s claim that the Bucs would land a Tiger Woods esque talent… they’ve never done that

I'm going to try to contribute to this conversation while attempting to curb a hatred for this team that's so potent right now that I have dropped my alligence to them and say...
…and with all that salary cap room, they still raised ticket prices across the board. It doesn’t make any sense.

its pretty hard to swallow with the talent on offense… now that the ‘D’ has a bit of youth injected into it, maybe Kiffin will allow Gruden and Allen to stock up on offense via the draft, not that their track record would mean things would change any

It’s almost like they (Allen and Gruden) are afraid of sucess or some other psycho-babble that has me dizzy!
Hey J.Scott- I’d love to chat about Allen’s drafting ability. I still think he has mis-stepped pretty much the entire way, especially in the early rounds!
Anyhow….
Go Buc’s—-I might bitch a lot but I still loves ya!
