Make a trade for the Arizona Cardinals WR Anquan Boldin...
...UPDATE...
It appears a 1st Round Draft Pick and a 2nd Tier Player will be our initial offer. I will present this offer to Charles of Revenge of the Birds and let you folks know whether the trade was accepted, denied, or if we received a counter-offer. Thanks for participating!!
The Fan Base has spoken, with an overwhelming majority of the votes (88%), you folks would like to initiate a trade for the Arizona Cardinals WR Anquan Boldin. Great that concludes my survey.. I kid I kid, we need to figure out what to offer Revenge of the Birds in order to get a dialogue started and a potential trade rolling. Teams that arent interested in trades don't typically pursue options, so we have to collectively provide that for the Revenge of the Birds fan base.
I'm not about to pretend to know what the Arizona Cardinals need on their team, so enough yapping, please vote in the poll below:

I say give up what we are getting back in the trade anyway...
…a WR.
Don’t let any team get close to someone like Ruud. With other members of the defense getting older, the Bucs need young stars to keep the unit good for years to come. Ruud, Jackson, and Talib can be those guys, but Ruud is head and shoulders above the rest. He will be great for a long time in this league and shouldn’t be traded for anything. He’s too valuable.

Cards are deep at LB
Ruud is safe. The Cards will have their hands full with Karlos Dansby’s new contract in February. I suspect that the Cards would consider a 1st rounder for sure, perhaps a serviceable o-lineman in addition. The Cards will want to convert Anquan’s cap number into extensions for Adrian Wilson, Kurt Warner, and others, so they wont want a player that stands to make a lot (or wants to make a lot, Lito Sheppard) on their current contract.

Second the O-Lineman notion
As a Cards fan I would be happy with a Solid O-lineman and a late round pick or servicable lineman coupled with a 1st rounder. We don’t need another WR to replace him necessarily. Boldin will add value to any team, but we just can’t keep that much money tied to one position.
I don’t follow the buc’s, so what’s your O-line situation these days?

the o-line is actually becoming
a cohesive unit:
Starters: LT Donald Penn LG Arron Sears C Jeff Faine RG Davin Joseph (broken foot) RT Jeremy Trueblood
Key back-ups: Dan Buenning, Jeremy Zuttah, Anthony Davis
If you wanted a solid o-lineman and a late draft pick it would have to be Joseph or Trueblood. They both came very close to Pro-Bowl caliber years last season. My guess is the Bucs would be more open to trading Trueblood as Joseph is the jewel of our line…
In a 1st rounder and lesser talent for the o-line, you would be looking at Arron Sears or Jeremy Zuttah. Arron Sears stepped in last year as a Rookie and never relinquished the position. Zuttah is a Rookie this season and has already passed Dan Buenning and Anthony Davis on the depth chart and is slated to start while Davin Joseph nurses his broken foot…
If you were to receive any of the following: Trueblood, Sears, or Zuttah I’d say you made out pretty good if o-line help is indeed what you are searching for. Neither if old and all are under cap control for the foreseeable future
