Panthers vs. Bucs Blogger Q&A
Jaxon here with Cat Scratch Reader to answer any questions you might have about the Panthers leading up to our show down this Sunday in Tampa.
The Panthers will be coming to town riding a wave of confidence from their 4-1 start thanks in large part to a rehabbed Jake Delhomme, a stingy defense and a much improved running game. The Panthers will view this game as the first opportunity to stake their claim as the front runner for the division championship.
Be sure to check out JScott's answers to our questions here as well. Let er rip!

My boy Julius Peppers
has three sacks in three games and a forced fumble to his name, is he heating up? Does the fan base still want him to return?

I bet 95% want him back
but that 5% can get pretty noisy sometimes. Seriously, who could the Panthers put in there that would be better? Who could they trade for or draft? I’m about 90% sure he will be resigned.
I do think he is starting to heat up and he’s going to get opportunities to make plays as offenses favor the pass since running on the Panthers has gotten tougher. The Panthers are running more stunts and have moved Peppers to the other side at times to mix things up. He may not end up one of the top 10 sack leaders but when you consider FF, Tackles for a loss, hurries and passes defensed he will end up one of the best in the league.
Me personally, I love the guy (but not maybe as much as JScott)

whats up with
TE Dante Rosario? I thought i was the slickest kid on the block when i snatched him up in Week 2 of my Fantasy Football Season. Where the heck is he? What’s wrong with him? and should i drop him like its hot?

Steve Smith came back & Moose is in a groove
The Panthers are looking for ways to get Rosario more involved but honestly the last two weeks they haven’t needed him. Against the Chiefs the Panthers ran a naked bootleg and threw to Rosario in the flat for a nice gain. I hope to see more of that because the kid is an athlete. Fantasy-wise though I would drop him, too unpredictable week-to-week.

Ankle injury
Also after the San Diego game he had a ankle injury. Don’t think it was bad, but that did slow him a little. Unfortunately the Panthers haven’t used their TE in the passing game consistently since Wesley Wall. I think it a great position and wish they would use it more in the passing game.
